System composition and characteristics
CUILU Detection TETSP-3 tunnel seismic advanced prediction system is mainly composed of TETSP-3 host machine, data acquisition terminal, yellow mud coupling geophone. According to user needs can also choose to configure roller direct coupling probe, electromagnetic impact source, wireless trigger device, WIFI positioning system and other functional enhancement equipment.

TETSP-3tunnel advanced prediction system
TETSP-3 host system and data acquisition terminal adopt separation mode, and adopt high-power WIFI to realize wireless data transmission connection. Roller directly coupled probe
Roller direct coupling probe is independently developed by our company, with independent intellectual property rights, the use of hard roller spring, in the drilling hole to achieve the sensor and tunnel wall direct coupling, do not use coupling agent, the maximum degree to ensure the fidelity of the signal, quick and convenient installation, save construction time, improve work efficiency.

There are three coupling modes at home and abroad:
· Butter coupling of common coupling (home) : shear wave attenuation and high frequency data;
· Steel sleeve coupling coupling mode (a Swiss product) : the sleeve and the sensor contact not firm, energy attenuation;
· Quick-drying cement paste sensor coupling way (the United States a product) : is inevitable sound wave, surface wave interference, etc.
It adopts wide-band and ultra-high sensitivity three-component acceleration sensor: bandwidth 1 Hz-5 kHz, ultra-high sensitivity 2.5V /g (sensor sensitivity of American and domestic counterparts is 1V/g);
Compared with velocity geophone, acceleration geophone has wider spectrum and higher imaging resolution. The initial arrival of accelerometer waveform is clean, the initial arrival position is easy to identify, and the initial arrival pickup is more accurate. Accelerometer adopts chip integration, three component data consistency is good, can clearly identify acoustic wave field.

Under the condition that the offset is 20m and the amount of explosive is 100g, the acceleration and velocity sensors collect signals. The red spectrum is acceleration, and the blue spectrum is velocity. The acceleration spectrum is obviously wider than the velocity type, and the detection resolution is higher.

The consistency of the speed sensor is not good, the spectrum of the Y component is lower than that of other components, and the consistency of the TETSP-2 data is very good. The dominant frequency of the velocity sensor is less than 1.5 kHz, while the TETSP reaches 3.8 kHz.

Electromagnetic shock source is the latest artificial source system developed by our company. The equipment avoids the security risks brought by explosives, complex management procedures and construction problems, can be stimulated several times, no bad track risk; Compared with manual hammering, the device has higher impact energy and higher signal-to-noise ratio of reflected wave. Compared with the spark source, the electromagnetic crosswise source has lower voltage and higher safety and reliability in wet tunnel environment. The same observation system, the surrounding rock class III, electromagnetic source forecast distance of more than 100 m, close to the explosive source. The device uses wireless positioning, wireless trigger, wireless control and other advanced technology, simple and convenient operation.
